Terms of Sale
Last updated : June 21, 2026
These terms govern access to the free Hecaton offer provided by YV. They apply to both business users and consumers.
Purpose
These terms cover Hecaton's free offer, an online service for running AI coding agents on managed isolated compute. Creating an account means you accept these terms as well as our Terms of Service.
Plans and pricing
Hecaton currently offers one plan:
- Free plan: 2 GiB of concurrent runner RAM, with no card required and no time limit.
- An administrator can gift additional RAM to an account at no charge. This gift is not a paid subscription. An individual runner is limited to 28 GiB.
No paid Hecaton plan is currently offered and no payment card is required.
AI model usage is not included. You connect your own API keys or a supported provider subscription and pay any applicable charges directly to that provider.
Account creation
You create an account online through app.hecaton.io. The free plan is enabled without payment.
Payment
No payment is collected for the free plan currently available.
Term and account closure
The free plan has no minimum term and no paid renewal. You can close your account at any time.
Closing the account ends access to the service under the process described in the Terms of Service.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Because the current plan is free and has no payment commitment, no amount is due when an account is created.
The service is supplied immediately after account creation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
Invoices
Hecaton does not issue invoices for the free plan.
Customer obligations
The customer agrees to use the service in line with our Terms of Service and to provide accurate information.
Availability and support
YV uses reasonable means to keep the service running. Support is available at admin@yvia.io. Any service-level agreements (SLAs) are defined for the relevant plans or by specific contract.
Liability and warranties
YV is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct. They do not reduce the statutory warranties consumers benefit from, in particular the warranty of conformity.
Personal data
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Consumer mediation
Under the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably. Before any referral, the consumer sends a written complaint to admin@yvia.io. The details of the competent mediator are provided to the consumer on request.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Sales Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls to the competent French courts. For consumers, the statutory rules of jurisdiction apply.
This document is provided in English for convenience. It is governed by French law. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
